What happens to my data when I cancel my account?
Your data is only used for the purposes of the services provided. However, under RGPD regulations, you have the right to be forgotten, and all your data can be destroyed at your request. To do so, send an email to [email protected] and you will receive confirmation of the deletion of the data as soon as possible.
How can I retrieve my data?
One of our features allows you to retrieve all your data in the form of an export. This will download a zip file containing all the assessments you have carried out, as well as any documents and supporting documents you may have uploaded to Eunomart during the selected period.
Go to the company settings menu at the top right of the screen > assessments. Simply select the desired company and enter the dates on which the assessments to be exported were carried out.
