Can I delete my account?
To delete an account, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note that it is possible to export all your data before requesting deletion of your account, so as not to lose all the work you have done on Eunomart.
How can I modify user access to certain functions?
To change a user's role, go to your company's Settings > Collaborator management > Role menu. You can then declare the user Administrator, Editor and/or Owner.
Administrator is a role that allows you to add a collaborator to one of the user's establishments, to view only the assessments of the user's establishment, to edit only the collaborators of the user's establishment, to modify only the information of the user's establishment and to delete only the objects of the user's establishment.
Editor is a role that allows you to verify customer credentials, view only user facility ratings, and create and modify only user facility objects.
Owner is a role that allows you to control all site functionalities, i.e. add and modify a collaborator, add a role to the organization, add a facility, delete a facility, delete only the objects of the user's facility, delete the company account, modify only the information of the user's facility, modify only the collaborators of the user's facility, modify the information of the company account, view only the evaluations of the user's facility and delete a collaborator.
How do I add a new user?
To add a user, go to your company's Settings > Collaborator management menu. You can then add a collaborator and define his/her role.
Please note that this feature is not free. If your package does not include multi-usage, you can add this subscription extension for 20 euros per additional user if you have a monthly subscription, and 200 euros per additional user for an annual subscription.
How do I change my account password?
To change your password, go to the Account Settings tab (top right-hand corner of the page), then click on the “personal information” tab on the left. Enter your password to access your personal information and change your password.
